FLAT FEE SERVICE
LIVE ON SITE: Person-to-Person
Standard: $175
$25 Discounted return fee to the client
Standard: $225

ITEMIZED FEE SERVICES

Stated Charges:

  • $30 – Presentation & Navigation Fee (directing Signers throughout – financial, jurat or medical docs)

  • $25 – Instrument Collection & Delivery, (processing & dispatching to preferred courier)

  • $  5 – Per Notarized Act Per-Signatures (Notary Stamp and or Seal)

  • $65 – Insurance Warranty – *Per Notary Signing (E & O, $1,000,000 in policy coverage -biBerk)

  • $25 – Standard Travel Fee (Execution of Notarized Signing and Secure the Instrument - “Valued Documents”)

 

Flat Fee Value Rate:

  • $175 – Value of Signing, if $Up to $499k in purchase price

  • $225 – Value of Signing, if $500k to $1M in purchase price

  • *Anything over $1M in purchase price would be negotiated (as representative of example so stated above)

Additional, Supplemental Service:

  • Notary Check List (document) $0 cost

Customer signs a Notarized Check List document, which is an acknowledgement that an SSofA Notary went through and explained what a client signs for as it pertains to sections thereof, which required documents to be signed. It’s an extra layer of internal protection against insinuation that a signer may act in behavior to digress at a later date from a Notarized Signing.

Ambient Realty, LLC, our Broker firm that has the appropriate Licenses and  Certificartion  for all Notary of this company to transfer "Financial Instruments", ie., Certified USA checks.
